As appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as the General Manager of Jurupa Community Services District, I am honored to serve the Eastvale and Jurupa Valley communities. I am proud to lead an extraordinary team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality water, wastewater, parks and recreation, graffiti abatement and other essential services to our communities.
JCSD has evolved significantly since its establishment in 1956, yet our core commitment to serving our community has never wavered. In the face of challenges such as increasing demand, drought, and water supply issues, JCSD remains focused on ensuring financial stability and the efficient operation of our infrastructure. We are also dedicated to resource management, ensuring high-quality water supply for our current and future customers. We also work diligently for a high-quality wastewater collection system for our community.
Our Parks & Recreation Department in Eastvale provides award-winning services to the community. Since late 2007, JCSD’s services have evolved from a park’s maintenance department to a fully-fledged, nationally accredited Parks and Recreation Department. JCSD provides hundreds of recreation programs for families, including programming for off-track, before-school and after-school programs, and annual community events. With the opening of the Eastvale Community Center in 2012, JCSD has gained an additional 35,000 square foot facility that has a gymnasium, banquet facility, meeting rooms, kitchen, classrooms, and office-related spaces.
As the General Manager of JCSD, I am privileged not only to serve our community but also to lead a team of incredibly dedicated and skilled professionals. Each member of our staff is committed to excellence, working tirelessly to ensure the efficient delivery of services and the fulfillment of our district’s mission. Their expertise, passion, and unwavering dedication are the driving forces behind our ability to meet the evolving needs of Jurupa Valley and Eastvale. Together, we are focused on creating a vibrant future for our community, and it’s their collective efforts that make this possible.
