Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) is one of California’s premier public agencies, dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable services to the communities of Eastvale and Jurupa Valley. Established in 1956, JCSD serves more than 135,000 residents across a 40-square-mile service area in western Riverside County.
JCSD provides a wide range of essential services that support daily life and enhance the quality of our communities:
Water Service: Safe, reliable drinking water that meets or exceeds all state and federal standards
Wastewater Service: Efficient collection and treatment systems that protect public health and the environment
Parks & Recreation: Award-winning parks, programs, and facilities that promote active, healthy lifestyles—primarily serving the City of Eastvale
Street Lighting: Maintenance of streetlights to improve visibility and public safety
Landscape Maintenance: Care of public frontage areas to maintain clean, attractive neighborhoods
Graffiti Abatement: Rapid response services to keep communities clean and welcoming
The District is also expanding its service portfolio to include recycled water through the ongoing JCSD Regional Recycled Water Project, supporting long-term sustainability and water reliability for the community.
