Awarded by the Western Region Board of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR), this honor reflects JCSD’s commitment to outstanding human resources practices. It serves as a testament to JCSD’s ongoing commitment to its employees and innovative solutions within the public sector.
The IPMA-HR Western Region Board honored JCSD for its exceptional ability to go beyond standard HR practices in government. JCSD fosters a positive workplace culture through thoughtful onboarding, reinforcement of organizational values, and engaging employee activities.
