NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
PROPOSED URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND WATER SHORTAGE CONTINGENCY PLAN
Notice is hereby given that Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing on Monday, June 28, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., at the regular meeting of the JCSD Board of Directors, to be held at 11201 Harrel Street, Jurupa Valley, California, 91752.
The public hearing is set for receiving comments on the proposed 2020 Urban Water Management Plan which will include the 2020 Water Shortage Contingency Plan. Copies of these documents will be available for public viewing no later than Monday, June 14, 2021, at the District office during normal business hours and online at www.jcsd.us. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing to provide input on these documents.
Any person may appear and be heard at the meeting or e-mail their comments to Maria E. Ayala, Executive Services Manager/Secretary to the Board of Directors, at mayala@jcsd.us. Email comments must be submitted no later than one hour prior to the start of the meeting and reference the agenda item being discussed on the email subject line. The Secretary to the Board of Directors shall announce all written comments received and read them for the record. Comments will not be accepted via social media or text. Due to State guidelines that require social distancing at public gatherings, the Board Room will accommodate limited seating for members of the public. Appropriate steps will be taken to ensure safety guidelines for all comments heard at the meeting. Each person in attendance shall be required to wear a face covering over the mouth and nose at all times.
