The JCSD headquarters lobby will be closed to the public effective March 17, 2020. Please use the following methods to contact customer service or pay your bill:

- 📬 Leave a payment in our on-site drop box 24/7. The address is 11201 Harrel Street, Jurupa Valley, CA 91752
To ensure all customers have access to water during these challenging times, all late fees and disconnections will be suspended for one month.
An Emergency Proclamation was adopted by the Board of Directors. Should it become necessary, this enables JCSD to request mutual aid and be eligible for emergency funding.
