We’re excited to announce that the JCSD Board of Directors has officially adopted the 2025 Parks & Recreation Master Plan, a major milestone shaped by the voices of our community. Over the past two years, hundreds of residents and stakeholders contributed through surveys, workshops, and public meetings, helping to shape a plan that reflects the priorities, ideas, and vision of the Eastvale community. As the provider of parks, recreation, and community services in Eastvale, and a nationally accredited agency, JCSD remains committed to excellence, innovation, and long-term impact. This plan will guide future improvements, expanded amenities, and program growth while keeping the needs of our community front and center. Annual Progress Reports
To ensure transparency and accountability, JCSD publishes an annual Progress Report highlighting accomplishments, measuring progress toward the Master Plan’s goals, and identifying the work that still lies ahead. This report demonstrates how the Master Plan is being actively implemented, not just sitting on a shelf, and provides the community with a clear look at the initiatives and improvements completed during the past year.
