Parks & Facilities

Maintaining the aesthetic beauty and overall health of designated public areas is a top priority for JCSD.  The Parks Maintenance Division responsible for this task can be seen throughout the service area on a daily basis, including weekends, to make sure these areas are properly maintained.  Areas that are maintained by JCSD include frontage landscaping in designated public areas and parks and facilities within the boundaries of Hamner, Hellman, Bellegrave and the Santa Ana River.

Rules and Regulations for Parks & Facilities

The JCSD Parks & Recreation Department has the below rules and regulations for all parks & facilities:

• All park facilities are to be utilized for their intended purpose.
• Skateboarding is prohibited unless specifically in the skate park.
• No smoking allowed.
• Unauthorized solicitation or commercial activities are prohibited without prior District approval. It is prohibited for any person to erect or attach a sign without prior District approval.
• All dogs must be kept on a leash and picked up after.
• The following are prohibited within the park: Alcoholic Beverages, Camping, Cutting of Plants, Drones, Fireworks, Gambling, Glass Containers, Golfing, Hoses, Open Fires, Motor Vehicles Except in Parking Lot, Weapons.
