Chander Letulle brings over two decades of experience in the water industry to his role as the Director of Operations at the Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD). With a background in operations management and a proven track record of success, Mr. Letulle oversees the Operations Division, which encompasses critical areas such as water treatment, distribution, wastewater collections, and facility maintenance.
Before joining JCSD, Mr. Letulle held leadership roles at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA), where he served as the Manager of Operations & Maintenance. Mr. Letulle’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his academic achievements, including a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering Systems from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from American Public University. Additionally, he holds an Associate of Science in Wastewater/Environmental Sanitation from Santiago Canyon College. With his wealth of experience and dedication to quality service delivery, Chander Letulle continues to drive operational excellence and ensure the sustainable management of water resources at JCSD.
