United Lift is a rental assistance program for residents in Riverside County that is administered by the non-profits Inland SoCal United Way and Lift to Rise. The program was initially launched in the summer of 2020 with funding by the CARES Act, as well as Community Development Block Grant funding. In February 2021, the Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted to allocate additional federal funds to launch a second round of the program.
