Sports Facilities Reservations


Eastvale is an active community that plays host to a number of sporting events presented by local league organizations and JCSD.  The popularity of athletic fields means reservations are required for organized sports leagues and activities.

Organized Activity Field Reservations

JCSD wants to make sure your group has access to all available resources to ensure a successful sporting event.  JCSD Parks and Recreation requires organized groups coordinating planned activities to obtain prior approval through the application process. Special Events

With the popularity of 15 public parks , we want to make sure our park facilities and JCSD staff are ready to accommodate your special event.  Public parks are available for various special events that fall under a variety of categories, such as athletic/recreation, concerts/performances, exhibits, festivals/celebrations, outdoor or farmers markets, field trips, and other types of special events. 

To ensure that you have a safe and successful event that has minimal impact on surrounding neighbors and other park users, a Parks and Special Events Permit Application (PDF: Parks and Special Events Permit Application)  must be submitted to JCSD at least 45 days prior to the planned event.  Before completing the form, please call the Parks and Recreation Department to determine if the special event you would like to have at a JCSD Park is allowable and that the necessary forms are being completed.
