Facility Reservations

The Eastvale Community Center (ECC)

Built in 2013, the ECC is a 34,000 square-foot facility that is the ideal location for celebrations, business meetings, and almost any type of event in between.  Areas that are available for rental include five meeting rooms that vary in size, the Pinnacle Room that is perfect for any casual or formal banquet/reception, kitchen, and the gymnasium and stage area for larger events such as award ceremonies or recitals/performances.  The Eastvale Community Center is located at 13820 Schleisman Road, Eastvale.

To reserve one or more rooms, please complete and submit an ECC Facility Reservations Application and deliver to the Eastvale Community Center

*Please note, a non-refundable application fee of $60 will be due at time of application.

The following are a list of amenities that are offered with room rentals at the Eastvale Community Center

• Podium

The Eastvale Community Center also features the following:

"Hot Spots" - with wireless access for laptop users, are located around the facility. These areas provide a great spot to relax and tap on a lap-top while waiting for a child in class, or for a workshop of your own.

The Neighborhood Center

The Neighborhood Center is located at Harada Heritage Park and is 5,040 square feet.  The four meeting rooms at the Neighborhood Center can be combined for larger events.  The Neighborhood Center is located at 13099 65th Street, Eastvale.  For more information about reserving a room at the Neighborhood Center, please call the JCSD Parks and Recreation Department at (951) 727-3524.

The Showmobile

The showmobile is a portable stage that is commonly seen at the Summer Concerts in the Park Series and Picnic in the Park.  It has been rented for school graduation ceremonies, dance recitals, and musical performances.  Please review the Showmobile Application Form, Policies, and Procedures if you are interested in renting a mobile stage.
