Graffiti RemovalIn order to make graffiti abatement effective, JCSD, Riverside County Sheriff’s department, cities we serve, and residents must work together.  While we make every effort to check areas regularly for graffiti, residents play a big part in helping us by reporting graffiti vandalism.  If we don’t remove graffiti immediately, it could possibly encourage additional crime.
