We Welcome Your Input!

Jurupa Community Services District sets rates and charges in an open, public process with multiple opportunities for customer input. As a customer that discharges to the IEBL collection system, you are invited to a JCSD Industry Workshop to discuss the draft rate study for the IEBL collection system. The workshop will be held at JCSD's Headquarters on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM. JCSD's rate consultants from Raftelis will present the draft report and explain how these changes will affect current IEBL customers.

Rate Study Explained

Jurupa Community Services District (JCSD) periodically conducts studies to set rates and charges for the Inland Empire Brine Line Industrial wastewater collection system (IEBL). These studies are necessary to update the rates for increases in third-party charges and other costs associated with the IEBL that are necessary for operating expenses, facility and infrastructure repairs and replacement, and prudent financial reserves.

You're Invited to a Tour (CANCELLED)

The commercial waste collected in the IEBL line is transported through a designated pipeline to the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) in Fountain Valley, CA, where it is treated. We are offering the public a tour of the OCSD treatment plant to be held on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 10:30 AM. Transportation will be provided from Jurupa Valley, CA. Please visit our website to register for this event.

**The tour has been cancelled due to a lack of demand.**
