05/30/2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE: In accordance with the State of California, splash pads, skate parks, dog parks, athletic fields, park restrooms, and outdoor courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball are now open. Park patrons are still required to practice social distancing in all activities at the parks and wear face masks. JCSD Headquarters Lobby, and ALL Recreation & Sports facilities including the Eastvale Community Center, Harada Neighborhood Center, Exercise Equipment and Playgrounds are still CLOSED until further notice.     • Do you abate graffiti on private property?

      Yes, JCSD removes graffiti on private property, with the property owner’s approval.

    • How long does it take for graffiti to be removed once I report it?

      It is the goal of JCSD to remove graffiti within 48 hours of the reported vandalism.

    • What do I do if I catch someone committing graffiti vandalism?
      Call 911. Graffiti Vandalism is a crime.
