05/30/2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE: In accordance with the State of California, splash pads, skate parks, dog parks, athletic fields, park restrooms, and outdoor courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball are now open. Park patrons are still required to practice social distancing in all activities at the parks and wear face masks. JCSD Headquarters Lobby, and ALL Recreation & Sports facilities including the Eastvale Community Center, Harada Neighborhood Center, Exercise Equipment and Playgrounds are still CLOSED until further notice. The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) requires all public wastewater collection system agencies in California with greater than one mile of sewers to be regulated under General Waste Discharge Requirements. The SWRCB action mandates the development of a system specific Sewer System Management Plan (SSMP). JCSD's SSMP includes 11 elements, as listed below.
