For your convenience, there are several ways to pay your JCSD bill. In addition to paying your bill by mail, you can pay online, in person at the JCSD main office, or place your payment in our drop box (please do not place cash in our drop box) located at 11201 Harrel Street, Jurupa Valley, CA 91752.

While we can accept payment over the phone, our customer service team will never demand immediate payment or threaten immediate shut-off.  Customers will always be notified of delinquency well in advance of any possible disconnection.  We are happy to work with you to establish a payment plan. Those that qualify for assistance may also apply for our Customer Care discount on their water bill.

Paying Your Bill Through Your Bank/Financial Institution
If you pay your bill through your bank or other financial institution’s online bill pay service, it may take up to a week for the payment to reflect on JCSD’s system. 


Register for Online Bill Pay
online paymentOnline BillPay makes it easy for you to manage your JCSD bills. You can view bills and payment history and make one-time or automatic payments. To register for Online BillPay, simply follow the instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: All JCSD customers must enroll in the new Online BillPay system to access and pay your bills online. If you were enrolled in the prior online system, you MUST re-enroll in the new Online BillPay system. You can enroll with your prior username and password, but you must still go through the enrollment process up to, and including, selecting the link in the activation email that we will send to your email address.

Online BillPay – It’s fast and convenient.  Just follow these 5-easy steps:

Step 1:
  Click on the 'Online BillPay' above, then click 'Enroll for Online BillPay.'
Step 2:
  Enter your account number and service address. Read the terms of service and click on the check box to accept the terms of service. Click on the 'I Agree' button.
Step 3:
  Enter your email address and click on the 'Continue' button
Step 4:
  Enter an electronic bill delivery option.  Enter a username and password, and click on the 'Continue' button.
Step 5:
  Go to your email inbox and open the Jurupa Community Services District "Enrollment Almost Complete" email. Click on the Complete Enrollment link inside of the email.
