05/30/2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE: In accordance with the State of California, splash pads, skate parks, dog parks, athletic fields, park restrooms, and outdoor courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, and volleyball are now open. Park patrons are still required to practice social distancing in all activities at the parks and wear face masks. JCSD Headquarters Lobby, and ALL Recreation & Sports facilities including the Eastvale Community Center, Harada Neighborhood Center, Exercise Equipment and Playgrounds are still CLOSED until further notice. Public water systems, such as JCSD, are regulated by the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). As a result, each month JCSD tests water supplies for various contaminants including nitrates and reports monthly findings to the SWRCB. Metered tap water in the JCSD service area meets the SWRCB standards for levels of nitrate as N, which has been set at 10 milligrams per liter (mg/L). Below are the monthly nitrate reports JCSD has submitted to the SWRCB.
