Please note: Please allow a minimum of two working days from the date we receive your request/submission (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) for services such as to turn on or cancel service.  Orders requested on the weekend or holidays will be scheduled for the next available business day.

Monthly Meter Reading
Each month, Meter Readers record your water-meter reading.  Meters are read and bills are distributed per “cycle.”  JCSD has established 4 cycles.
