Moving InAre you moving into your new home?  Do you have a new tenant moving in?  If so, please complete the form below to submit your request for new service to begin.  Please allow a minimum of two working days from the date we receive your request/submission (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) for services such as to turn on or turn off service.  Orders requested on the weekend or holidays will be scheduled for the next available business day.  If you have any questions, please call JCSD at (951) 685-7434.
