Print

With the evolving and growing needs of the community, the Parks and Recreation Master Plan (Master Plan) is a powerful tool for the management and development of parks and recreational facilities and programs for the JCSD territory.  The Master Plan is part of a defined strategy to achieve its objective of providing the community with high-quality parks, facilities, and recreational programs.  The Master Plan process included input from residents, community leaders, and civic organizations to determine the community’s needs for parks and recreation facilities and programs.
