Meet Your Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the legislative governing body for JCSD and is responsible for developing and implementing laws that govern the services provided within the jurisdiction of its community services. Each of the five Board Members is elected to four-year terms by registered voters who reside within the JCSD service territory. To ensure that each area has equal representation, JCSD’s service area is divided into five divisions. The full Board of Directors conducts public meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
