Jurupa Community Services District Online Bill Pay

Starting June 1, 2011, Jurupa Community Services District utility customers will be able to view and pay their bills online Customers can use the new website to: make a one-time payment by debit or credit card sign up for paperless billing enroll in auto-pay which will automatically deduct the full amount of their bill from either a credit card or checking account prior to the bill due date

The Online Enrollment Process Step 1: Go to https://www.onlinebiller.com/jurupacsd Step 2: Click on the 'Enroll for Online BillPay' button. Step 3:  Enter your account number and service address. Read the terms of service and click on the check box to accept the terms of service. Click on the 'I Agree' button. Step 4: Enter your email address and click on the 'Continue' button. Step 5: Enter an electronic bill delivery option.  Enter a username and password, and click on the 'Continue' button.  Step 6: Go to your email inbox and open the Jurupa Community Services District "Enrollment Almost Complete" email. Click on the Complete Enrollment link inside of the email.
