President Ken J. McLaughlin - Division No. 1
Ken McLaughlin ran for office in order to actively better his community. Mr. McLaughlin and his wife Roberta were both born and raised in the area, where they have had the privilege of raising their son Jeffery.
Mr. McLaughlin was an active employee for Walt Disney Company where he served as Chairman of the 401K Committee. On this committee, he helped initiate the 401K Plan, which enabled 50,000 cast member’s entitlement to a retirement plan. After serving the Disney Company for 11 years, Mr. McLaughlin worked for TXI Riverside Cement Company as a Maintenance Supervisor. At TXI, Mr. McLaughlin also took an interest in bettering his environment and served on the Board of TXI Riverside’s Credit Union. Mr. McLaughlin currently works as the Director of Public Works for the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians located in San Jacinto.
In his spare time during the past few years, Mr. McLaughlin has enjoyed volunteering as a fire fighter for Glen Avon’s Fire Department, serving as a member of the Business Advisory Council and Republican National Congressional Committee.
Mr. McLaughlin was appointed to the Board in 2000, was elected in 2001 and re-elected in 2005 and 2010; his current term will end in 2014.

Vice President Kathryn Bogart - Division No. 4
Kathryn Bogart was elected into office November 2005 and again in 2007. A widow with four sons and four grandchildren, Kathryn and her family have lived in the district since 2002. Kathryn has worked in the utilities business for over 17 years working for AT&T as a Business Manager. She also does numerous volunteer works within the Eastvale community such as Co-Chairing the Eastvale Events Committee, is an Editor of the community newsletter Eastvale Edition and maintains several community websites such as EastvaleEdition.com and EastvaleEvents.com.
Kathryn was educated in Orange County where she received degrees in Business Automation and Human Services. As the first board member from the new community of Eastvale, Kathryn has been able to share firsthand the growing pains of the community and help JCSD develop a first rate parks and recreation department for the Eastvale area.
Mrs. Bogart was first elected in 2005 and re-elected in 2007; her current term will end in 2012.

Director Robert "Bob" Craig - Division No. 3
Bob has lived in the Pedley area for 25 years. He has been married to his wife Lynne for 31 years. They have raised their 4 children here and now have a granddaughter. Bob is a retired firefighter/paramedic from the Long Beach Fire Department. Bob and his wife are Directors for the Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center in Rubidoux.
He has spent most of his life with a background of public service being an Army Veteran and Firefighter. He has had extensive disaster preparedness training and a college degree in Fire Science.
He has volunteered in the community as President of the Rubidoux High School PTA, Safety Chair for Jurupa and 23rd district PTA and Chairman of “Jurupacomm” Emergency Preparedness group. He has also volunteered with the YMCA, Teen Expo, Riverside County Veterans Advisory Committee, Rotary Food Feast, firefighter pancake breakfast and Rubidoux High School Christmas programs for needy children.
Bob is committed to the residents of Jurupa Community Services District in looking towards future water needs in our community and reinforcing partnerships with the municipalities in the region.
Mr. Craig was first elected in 2010; his current term will end in 2014.

Director Betty A. Anderson - Division No. 2
Betty Anderson has been a resident of Mira Loma since 1989. She and her husband, Stephen, have four adult children: three sons, one daughter and a son-in-law. Betty worked for seven years with Jurupa Unified School District at Rubidoux High School and now works for Fontana Unified School District at Mango Elementary School.
During the last nineteen years in Mira Loma, Betty has volunteered with the Jurupa Unified School District in many capacities including Jurupa Valley High School Band Boosters and the District Advisory Council. She also coached soccer with AYSO Region 462. Betty recently became a volunteer with the Jurupa Citizens Corps and is CERT trained. She became involved with H.O.M.E (Helping Our Mira Loma Environment) after becoming concerned about the air quality in Mira Loma. As the result of her concern for the quality of life in the greater Jurupa Valley area, Betty joined the Board to ensure the quality of water for its citizens.
Mrs. Anderson currently serves as JCSD's representative of the Chino Basin Desalter Authority (CDA), a joint powers authority.
Mrs. Anderson was first elected in 2007; her current term will end in 2012.

Director Jane F. Anderson - Division No. 5
Jane Anderson moved to Riverside County in 1999 with her husband Mike, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. Shortly thereafter she became involved in the Community and co-founded the Eastvale Community Committee. She is a member of the Jurupa Valley Citizens Patrol, a member of Jurupa Citizen Corps and is CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) trained.
Her background includes 7 years in Real Estate, bookkeeping for a major corporation and later was elevated to internal Corporate Investigations. Prior to retiring, she managed a company for twenty years. The past 10 years she has committed herself as a volunteer to the communities of Jurupa Valley by using her business and personal skills. Jane is highly committed to the interests of the residents of the Jurupa Community Services District.
Mrs. Anderson currently serves as JCSD's representative of the Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA) and the Regional Advisory Committee (RAC).
Mrs. Anderson was first elected in 2007, her current term will end in 2014.
